Valentine's Day.

(As I really have the best husband in the whole wide world and want to make sure everyone knows it.)

I personally hate Valentine's Day. It seems to be an excuse for a fella to be nice to his lady once a year. It takes all of the surprise out of getting flowers, dinner, or anything else for no reason. However, it's something Gary likes to do, so I broke down and let him. Just before midnight on Wed, we were sitting up and hungry, so Gary was going to eat a pizza and asked me what I wanted. I replied with my classic biscuits and bacon. Just past midnight this is what he came back with...
Then when I woke up that morning, he had left me an impatient, Reese's, and a Dr. Pepper. I love impatients, they aren't my favorite flower, but they are one of the flowers that my mother plants every year in big pots on either side of the front steps. I was hoping for some for our new apartment patio. I really miss being at home and alot of our flowers and trees, so it was very sweet. Then after work he came home and fixed shrimp alfredo (gotsta be my favorite) and even decorated it all up parsley and a red, paprika heart. I should have taken a picture of it too. We spent a quiet evening cuddled up on the couch watching some tv. It was pretty awesome.
