Pop Up Rolls
No meal is complete without bread in some form or fashion. If you are like me you usually resort to canned cresent rolls or frozen buscuits. Unlike my father I don't have that biscuit touch, and anytime I have tried to make them they are HORRIBLY flat and hard. More like hard tack that's been at sea for years than real light fluffy biscuits. However, this recipe (once again from my fantastic Grandmother) cannot be messed up. Enjoy.
1 cup of Flour
1/2 cup of Milk
2 teas. of Sugar
1 teas. of mayonnaise
1 pat (just a sm. amount) of Butter in each muffin tin.
Mix the flour, milk, sugar, and mayonnaise together and put evenly in a 6 space muffin tin. Bake on 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 rolls.
