I would greatly encourage you to check out Justin's blogspot. This past weekend we passed him off as a German speaking PB from Bosnia. (In real life he's Gary's cousin, but that's not near as funny.) As we have finally convinced him that a blogspot is an awesome thing, please check in on him once he gets some post up.
The List has been updated once again. A few notes...
Parker Allen is continuing to slowly improve. Please keep this family in your prayers. I received an email from my mother this weekend to let me know that they have set up a website to keep everyone posted. The faith of the family should remind us all of what's important and who it is that hears our prayers and has the power to answer them. Check it out here.
Aunt Joanna's father's name is Fred, so he is now on the list as Bro. Fred. I have not heard any updates, but I do know that she left to go up to Georgia to be with them yesterday afternoon.
Bro. Hazen White was the brother that fell and broke his leg. He is about to be 98. I am waiting for an email from my dad or grandmother as to his status. Please continue to remember him.
Nathan Ferrel seems to be impoving, go and check out his mother's blogspot here.
Finally, thanks for the prayers for the meeting. We had a great time, and will be posting more about it soon. However, it will suffice to say, it was the best meeting I've been too in a really long time, and most everyone seemed to agree, also all of the Little Union people made it home safe and sound.
***Updated 4/29***
Bro. Hazen White has had surgery and will be in rehab for the next two or three weeks. They are unsure whether he will be returning home, going into assisted living, or a nursing home.
I want to say an extra special thanks to everyone that has been praying for my uncle, he has found a new job and will be starting June 1.
Bro. Fred has Mylowdisplasia a bone marrow disease, which could progress into luekemia. Please keep them in your prayers. Aunt Joanna might be home this weekend or next, we'll have to see.
I have also added Baby Kent. After talking to Blaire some this weekend I found out that one of her cousins just had her baby early and he has a heart defect. Kent was transferred from Huntsville Hospital to Vanderbilt University Hospital yesterday. The doctors plan to do open-heart surgery on him before the end of the week to try and patch the ventricular septal defect. They plan to follow this up with a cardiac catheterization to see if there is any more they can do. However, they said that even with the surgery, they expect Kent to have a maximum lifespan of 2-3 years. We know that our Lord can bless their efforts and give him a long life. Whatever the outcome please be in prayer for this family.

The last thing we did, when Gary got off of work on Friday, was that we all traveled over to St. Pete to see a Rays' game. Somehow, we got marvelous tickets. Gary and I were sitting on the 5th row, behind the White Sox dugout. Then Mother and Daddy were sitting a few more rows backs. At the 7th inning several folks left, so they moved down to the row in front of us for the rest of the game.
Isn't this little girl a darling. I didn't catch how old they said she was, but this was her first baseball game. Her dress looks like a baseball, and though this picture doesn't show it, she has the White Soxs emblem over her heart. She was such a doll. Daddy bought a new camera right before Grandma's wedding, and the zoom on it is amazing. Just look at these great shots! Infact the second pic here, is of Gary's cousin, who plays for the Rays all the way out in right field.
The final score was 9 to 2, White Soxs. That made Gary sad, but I didn't mind. It was a fun game to watch, sides it was nice to go with my folks.

Friday, after being pretty lazy and talking all morning, we got up and headed to the beach.
After a forever long trek we ended up at Anna Maria Island. The beach that Gary suggested as being not so touristy. It was pretty quiet and very pretty. Since we were on the North side of the beach, we had some shade which was nice In the next, two pictures you can see down town Tampa, and the bridge to St. Pete.
Here's Daddy and Mother in the water. Mother didn't go too far, as it's still too cool for her. If you'll notice, way back there in the shade, that's me, in bluejeans, wrapped up in a blanket.
Finally, here is one cool bird. Daddy filmed him for a while, because we had never seen anything like him. (Excepting the day before at Busch Gardens) Gary called him a water turkey. He's some sort of duck, that swims underwater, not just dunks under, but swims underwater to catch minnows and little fish.

The wii has really been a great amount of fun. I'm glad Mother and Daddy got it for us for Christmas. Matthew was the first person to play it with us. Since then, the Abernathys and the Varnum boys have been over a few times to play. We even had the ability to carry it to the Florida Fellowship Meeting, to play at night with many friends. One of the great things about the wii, is that when you make a character, it's always there and pops up at all sorts of random times. For example, when Abel and Chloe were playing baseball against each other they, were very excited to see who they had for some of their teammates: Justin, Bethany, and Will played for Abel, while Brittany, Gary, and Laura played for Chloe. I enjoy getting to play with my far flung family and friends even when they aren't here.

There are little endearing moments that I get dispersed through out each day, that make me love my husband all the more. I thought I would share a particularly funny one tonight, while it's on my mind.
For those who don't know, Gary leads singing. I'm not sure if I would say that through it he has the gift of exhorting, but I'd say he's close. He loves to sing and he really does have a gift to lead and make you feel the song. He sings churchy stuff all the time, cooking, in the shower, in the car, and in his sleep. Yes, you read correctly he sings in his sleep.
Sometimes when my exhausted hubby gets home, after supper, when I'm trying to get a few extra hours in. I hop on the bed with the laptop and turn on some music, and he hops on the bed and takes a nap. He has done this before with various country artists, rolled over sorta awake and sung a line and dropped right back off. But tonight, I have on a cd with instrumental church songs, no words, and he in mid-snore, he hums a bar of "Amazing Grace" sings a few of the words, then procedes to snore the next bar as if he were humming. I promise you I am not making this stuff up. Moments like this make you want a video camera.
It made me smile, and thank God for the good man he's given me.

Thursday while my folks were down last week, we all went to Busch Gardens. It's a great place to spend the day, and Florida residents can pay for a day, and come back all year. Plus Gary has a card that gets us free parking and 10% off on everything else. Needless to say we had a ball. I thought you might enjoy a few pics. After sorting through all of them well into the night, I got them organized and down to only 166. Haha, I'll spare showing you so many.

Today is Earth Day. Hurry run outside, I know it's after 10. Get out of bed, and go plant a tree. We like trees. They are very pretty. I've talked about the wonderfulness of trees often. So hurry, go and plant a tree. You can even hug one if you like, but don't go overboard.
