Prayer Request

Granna had surgery this morning on her shoulder because it wasn't healing correctly. The doctor seems to think that she'll be in the hospital at least another day or two, before heading back to the rehab center. Hopefully in a few weeks she will be feeling much better and have better use of her arm.

Grandmother is doing much better after her shoulder surgery as well. They fixed a torn rotor cuff, and she is doing some therapy in order to strengthen it now.

Today Gary got some good news. To finish up his degree he has to get an internship. The great thing about alot of these internships is, if the company likes you and likes your work they often offer a permanent position afterward. Tonight Gary went to a meeting about getting an internship. A lady from Bayer CropScience was there, and she talked about Temik. She asked several questions and Gary was the only one there that knew anything about the product. She then announced that they would be filling 5 internship positions, from Dec 17 through April. They offer decent pay, but the really nice thing is that they come with a company vehicle, company laptop, and they pay for housing. We are hoping that this might be the break that we have been looking for. Applications have to be in by Oct 7, and interviews will be on Oct 12. We would ask for everyone's prayer in the matter, so that we might have clear direction on where to go next. If we get this Gary would be working full time and taking 3 classes next semester, do able for 4 months, but not easy to say the least.
