Gary and I have an apartment in one of the many Carlton Arms subdivisions. Last night they had their Christmas doings for those of us that live here. Of course Gary and I can't pass up a free meal so we went. We walked from our place to the front of the subdivision which is a pretty good walk. After all there are something like 900 apartments here. We took a few pictures of the place all lit up. We live across from the tennis courts and the second club house and here is how it looked...

...and the doings were at the main clubhouse. It looked very pretty despite the fact that it was pouring down rain. Perhaps I'll get a better picture to post. It's quite commical to drive up and see all the Christmas lights with the palm trees. I couldn't believe it last night when we were sitting around in T-shirts and shorts that it is only eleven (now 10 days till Christmas).
