After the meeting at Antioch, Gary and I headed the short distance down to Vero Beach. This was my second time to see the Atlantic Ocean, but if you will recall last time I forgot my camera.
The beach looked so different this time. It was low tide again, but the wind brought lots of stuff to the shore. There was gobs and gobs of kelp everywhere you looked and these funny looking sea bean plant things. Gary also found me a very cool red shell, which some how disappeared while I was filming him play in the water. However, he found me another even cooler shell, one still together, with both halves. I don't think I've ever found one of those.
We had a really nice time together just the two of us despite the clouds and the wind. Infact, that just made it better becaues there was no one else around and I didn't get burned. Here is some video and pictures from the day.
