First Prenatal Visit...

...told me absolutely nothing. They told me congrats, took $5o and did my yearly, painful, womanly things. I was hoping for all that mental anguish they were causing, that I would at least get to hear the heartbeat, but it looks like our girl is a stubborn one, and we were unable to hear her. However, on Monday we go back for bloodwork, an extended family history, and a sonogram. Then we will know how many we have in there, and all you twin seekers can rest easy (or Gary can rest less, haha). Other than that, the only happy note of the day is that I got some Phenergan. We are hoping that in a few days I will be very happy and much less sick.

Does this mean it's a girl? Or, are you still hoping it's a girl? I didn't ever make my guess, because I was waiting to see you at singing school (b/c you know, seeing someone in person makes all the difference in making an educated guess about this sorta thing).

Woo hoo for the Phenegran! Hope the morning sickness gets better. A little forewarning: Phenegran will knock you out for hours on end. Just in case you didn't know.

Love you, and can't wait to see you!! Counting down the days...

I can't wait till Monday. I am very disappointed that I have to wait until after 4:00pm, but I am sure the wait will be well worth it!

I do hope the Phenegran works for you and that you are able to function normally!

Lots of Love to my BFPF!

I'm still hoping it's a girl, much to Gary's dislike. It's unlikely that we will find out which it is, before 5 months, and we are almost at 2 1/2 months.

Take time and cherish the "nothing" news. Thank the Lord for your health and praise Him for the blessing growing inside of you!Children, of any age, are just plain MIRACLES!!!
