Needless to say that my hubby is a very hard worker. In addition to all of this, to make some extra money, starting last season he offered to mix some of the products that they have locally come up with. This saves Charlie money cause it can be done quickly without shipping it off somewhere and it makes us money, pretty good deal all the way around. However, it also means that some nights Gary continues to work after closing time until late into the night. I bring him up supper and we eat and he continues working.

He has a handy dandy little book to record all of his hours in and to keep up with all the mix sheets. Then he gets to work, either pouring different things into 250 gallon containers or into the mixer/sprayer. He measures the stuff out with a really big scale and turns on the mixer. After everything is put in and mixed well then he has to store it. Some products are stored in the 250 gallon containers, others are stored in the 30 gallon drums, and still
others are put into 2.5 gallon jugs. So what do I do most nights?
I either play with Batman, the warehouse kitten, or I cross-stitch. On the occasions when Gary has product to go into the jugs, I label the jugs and the boxes that they go in, and after he pours the chemicals in I screw the lids on and tape the boxes shut. He piles them all back up on the pallet and back into the warehouse they go. All ready for customers to come and buy.

Finally, we said goodbye to Katie and Jeff right before they went. As they drove off we sang "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow" and "God Be With You Till We Meet Again." We had a wonderful time, and wish them the best in their life together. It was a beautiful day for a wedding in South Alabama. (PS - Yes, she did really wear her cowboy boots, not just with her going away outfit, but with her wedding dress.)
