Moving

So after spending all day on Tuesday painting, we moved Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. My big goal on Wednesday was to get all of the bathrooms and kitchen moved and put back together, and to try to move all the clothes. I didn't manage the clothes except to have some clothes for Church Wednesday night, but I did get the other stuff done. I think our ducky guest bathroom looks great, ours not so much, but Gary won't let me through out the curtains because his mother made them and they belonged to a grandmother. Of course, Amanda (his sister) tried to tell him that there was a reason Granna and Mom didn't want them anymore.

We managed to get so much done that Gary and I were able to eat supper at the new place! While I finished up a few things, Gary made his special no recipe involved at all: alfredo connoction with shrimp and fish. Yummo!

On Wednesday, Mom and moved loads back and forth in our relatively small cars. On Thursday, I was very grateful to Sis. Tina for allowing me to steal her three oldest daughters a chunk of the day and their van. That evening Gary brought home the big work truck, and James and Heather and little Brystal came over to help us load up furniture. Then next thing I knew Uncle Quintin and Aunt Joanna were there with a trailer too, and in a few hours we had everything but a few small things on those trucks and moving. Friday, Sara came back over with the Abernathy van and we had everything else moved in two loads. Only problem was that at the apartment looked like this!
